- March & April 2020 sales comparable to Spring 2010
- January and February 2020 (pre-C19) experienced strong activity &
- marked 6 months of steady improvement compared to 12 months previous
- Increased buyer enquiries indicate pent up demand
- Multiple offers are not uncommon
- Prices seem to be holding
