These last few months have been Quite a Ride. For Sellers, for buyers, and for realtors mitigating in between.
Home buyers have been operating in a frenzied environment for much of the past two years and it’s incredible to see that property values on the Sunshine Coast have risen by approximately 25% over the last 12 months. Regardless if you have participated directly in this madness, or simply observed with amazement, as a property owner you will still have benefitted from the result.
Great to see that we are now coming back into a time of transition with more balanced conditions. This latter part of Spring is providing a calmer environment, especially for buyers with fewer multiple offers allowing time to consider housing options, the ability to protect themselves with due diligence while working through this changing mortgage market.
