The market conditions in Vancouver appear to be changing. Low interest rates and pent up buyer demand has resulted in a more balanced market. Sunshine Coast as you can see in the following statistics continues to experience favorable conditions for this time of year. Sellers often feel homes don’t sell over winter and feel they want to wait until spring. One thing for sure – if buyers are looking at this time of year, they are serious about making a move. More buyers come spring but also many more listings to compete against.
